Job summary

Dermapure in Ontario, with clinics in Tecumseh and Windsor, seeks aRegistered Nurse skilled in aesthetic injectables. You will assess client needs, perform injections, and guide treatment plans while ensuring safety and patient comfort.

The role requires RN licensure with the CNO, strong consultative skills, and the ability to work some evenings/weekends. Training and ongoing professional development are provided in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• College diploma in nursing and RN license with CNO.
• Experience in aesthetic injectables is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care focus required.

Responsibilities

• Administer injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers) per protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and tailor treatment plans.
• Educate clients on options, post-care, and maintenance.
• Pre-book follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Build patient loyalty through exceptional care and post-treatment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and consent forms.
• Assist with inventory management of injectable products.

Responsibilities

• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections while following proper protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans including injectables, skincare products, and other treatment modalities.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, and maintenance plans.
• Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional patient care, post-treatment follow-ups, andappropriate homecarerecommendations.
• Monitor and support patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort, safety, andoptimaloutcomes.
• Maintainaccurateand detailed medical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and post-treatment tracking.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and stay current on industry trends, new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Set up, clean, sanitize, andmaintaina sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Learn and perform new treatments and procedures asrequired.
• Assistwith clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and treatment conversion opportunities.
• Capture standardized before-and-after patient photographsin accordance withclinic protocols.
• Assistwith inventory management for injectables

Qualifications

• College Diploma in Nursing
• Hold the license of Registered Nurse (registered with the CNO)
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively
• Spoken and written languages: fluency English
• Be available foroccasionalevening/weekendwork, asrequired
• Excellentcommunicateskills.
