Kitchener Ford is seeking a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our busy service team in Kitchener. The shop is established with a strong customer base and abundant work, offering opportunities to stay busy and grow.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, perform scheduled maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with service advisors. Ford factory training and a supportive management team help you advance and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to keep vehicles moving through the shop
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
