Job description

Earn $100,000-$150,000+/Year + Benefits + High-Volume Shop
Tired of Waiting for Work? Come Work Where the Work Is.

Barrie Ford is growing - and we're looking for exceptional Licensed 310S and/or 310T Technicians who are ready for more.

More work.
More opportunity.
More support.
More room to grow.

If you're a strong technician sitting around waiting for repair orders, fighting inefficient processes, working with outdated equipment, or wondering why your earning potential isn't matching your ability, it may be time for a change.

Barrie Ford is a high-volume, performance-driven dealership with a huge customer base, strong vehicle sales and 25 consecutive Ford President's Awards.

We are continuing to invest in our Fixed Operations business, our facilities, our equipment and - most importantly - our people.

We are not looking to simply fill a bay.

We are looking for talented technicians who want to be busy, productive and well rewarded for what they do.

Why Make the Move to Barrie Ford?
We Have the Work

A technician can only produce when there is work in front of them.

Barrie Ford is a busy dealership with a large customer base, significant vehicle volume and a growing Fixed Operations business.

If you want to turn hours, we want to give you the opportunity to do it.

Your Skill Should Determine Your Potential

You invested years learning your trade.

You should work somewhere that gives you the opportunity to maximize it.

We offer a competitive technician compensation program, comprehensive benefits and earning potential of $100,000-$150,000+ annually for productive technicians.

We Invest in the Shop

Great technicians need the right environment around them.

We continue to invest in:

Are You One of the Best Technicians in Your Shop?

Good.

That's exactly who we want to talk to.

You may already have a job.

You may not be actively looking.

But ask yourself:

Are you getting enough work?

Are you earning what your skill level deserves?

Is your dealership investing in its shop?

Are your processes helping you produce - or slowing you down?

Are you still learning and advancing?

Do you feel valued as a professional technician?

Can you realistically see yourself staying where you are for the next five years?

If any of those questions make you hesitate, we should talk.
