Job summary

Kentwood Ford in Edmonton, part of Go Auto, seeks an experienced Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician for a busy, high-volume shop with a Monday–Friday schedule and ample earning potential.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, road-test, and work closely with service advisors. A Ford dealership background is an asset; compensation up to $52 per hour plus bonus, with strong monthly hours.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification is required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills are required.
• Ability to work independently in a busy, high-volume shop.
• Pride in producing accurate, quality work is essential.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Ford or dealership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.

Kentwood Ford is growing, and we’re adding an experienced Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician to our high-volume service team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns


• Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs

Compensation & Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


• Rotating Saturday shift approximately once every 5–6 weeks


• High-volume shop with consistent available work


• Strong earning potential for productive technicians
