Job summary

Southlake Ford Lincoln in Newmarket, Ontario is launching a Mobile Service Operation and seeks a motivated Mobile Service Technician to join the team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs at customers' locations.

You will diagnose issues with Ford diagnostic equipment, perform software updates, and communicate recommendations to customers. This role offers an hourly wage and the chance to work independently while upholding Ford's standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) preferred.
• Previous automotive dealership and/or Ford vehicle experience is an asset.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Must have the necessary tools and technical knowledge to perform assigned work.
• Must be able to work in many different weather conditions

Responsibilities

About the Position:

Southlake Ford Lincoln is starting a Mobile Service Operation. Therefore we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. This position involves performing routine maintenance, inspections, and select repairs at customers’ homes, workplaces, and other designated locations. The successful candidate will help deliver a convenient, professional service experience while maintaining Ford’s standards for quality and safety.
