Bruce Ford is expanding its service department and seeking technicians who are passionate about quality work. An Apprentice continuing to develop skills or an experienced Licensed Technician will find a professional, organized environment with solid support and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NS Driver's License and provide a clean Driver's Abstract.
• Completion of at least 3rd year Apprenticeship training is required; MVI or Red Seal is an asset.
• Experience in a dealership is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for safety and reliability.
• Provide clear explanations of repairs to service advisors and customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair:Efficiently troubleshoot and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Preventive Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Customer Service:Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance to service advisors and customers when needed.
• Maintain Work Area:Keep your workspace organized and tools maintained.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all dealership and industry safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Licensing:Must hold a valid NS Driver's License, Can provide a current clean Driver's Abstract
• Designation:Completion of at least 3rd year Apprenticeship training is required. Motor Vehicle Inspection (MVI) License or Red Seal Certification is considered an asset.
• Experience: Previous dealership experience is an asset.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Attention to Detail: High standard for accuracy in repairs and customer service.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
