Job summary

Clio is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live training and build scalable self-paced courses for Clio Operate customers. You will assess customer environments, tailor sessions, and craft Rise courses that reflect product updates, ensuring effective adoption.

This role combines hands-on training with instructional design, spanning live and virtual delivery, with strong facilitation, LMS management, and collaboration with product teams. Hybrid UK role with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Rise or Storyline for self-paced courses.
• Instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles.
• Experience administering/publishing content within an LMS.
• Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot configuration questions.
• Excellent live and virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Clio Operate or comparable legal practice software.
• Comfort with product documentation, release notes, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and workflows to identify training needs and solutions.
• Conduct engaging live training sessions for Clio Operate customers.
• Serve as SME and advise on best practices to optimize workflows.
• Troubleshoot training questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Stay current on Clio Operate releases and feature changes.
• Design and build self-paced Rise courses with clear objectives and assessments.
• Maintain Rise content reflecting product updates and improvements.
• Create LMS assessments and use data to improve training effectiveness.
• Publish, version and report on LMS training content usage.
• Develop job aids, quick guides, and storyboards to reinforce learning.
• Manage instructional design projects end-to-end from scoping to publishing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and advocate for their needs.
• Collaborate with product/support teams to fill training gaps.
• Share customer feedback to influence product improvements.
