Clio is seeking a strategic leader to serve as VP, People Business Partners & Talent Development. You will architect talent density, align PBP and L&D to close performance gaps, and partner with the executive team to scale a global, AI‑driven learning ecosystem.

You will drive succession, organizational design, and a culture that blends human insight with data, ensuring Clio’s growth remains people‑forward and high‑performing across borders.

Qualifications

10+ years of People leadership in a high growth environment.
Experience leading People Business Partner and Learning/Talent Development functions.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV).
Proven ability to influence C-suite and guide org design.

Responsibilities

Unify the PBP and L&D functions to close performance gaps with targeted learning interventions.
Lead succession planning and organizational design for a multi‑product, global SaaS company.
Oversee AI‑augmented learning strategies and scalable talent development.
Refine performance management and promote transparent career mobility.
Align people strategy across time zones, cultures, and jurisdictions.
