Job summary

Clio is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding, advanced training, and enablement for clients across Latin America.

You will customize training for the Mexican legal market, create guides and videos, and partner with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to drive product adoption and customer success.

Native Spanish, proficient English (B2+), and based in Mexico with hybrid work flexibility to support a diverse customer portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement, or Corporate Training in SaaS/LegalTech.
  • Native or fluent Spanish and English (B2+).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and LMS tools.
  • Based in Mexico.
  • Nice to have: background in Law or Education.
  • Experience with academic or government customers.
  • Instructional design experience.
  • Experience with legal research or knowledge management.

Summary: What You'll Do

As a Customer Training Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Vincent & vLex solutions. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, support onboarding, improve product adoption, and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to create an outstanding customer experience.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement, or Corporate Training, preferably in SaaS or LegalTech.
  • Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English (B2+).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and e-learning/LMS tools.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Mexico.
  • Nice to Have Background in Law, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with legal research or legal knowledge management solutions.
  • Instructional design experience.
  • Experience working with Academic or Government customers.
