Zusammenfassung

AMS, a global talent partner, seeks a Principal Talent Sourcer to design bespoke sourcing strategies for AI/Data roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, leveraging data and market insights to build targeted candidate pipelines and engage clients with compelling opportunities.

Based in Toronto with a weekly office presence, you will manage end-to-end sourcing processes, maintain ATS data integrity, and expand talent pools across channels while advancing client relationships

Qualifikationen

• Ideally looking for candidates with sourcing and recruitment experience in technical disciplines (AI/Data)
• Experience working with recruitment systems (ATS, CRM) and maintaining data integrity
• Experience using specialist techniques (Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter) to source candidates
• Experience directly engaging with end-clients

Aufgaben

• Fully utilize relevant ATS ensuring data accuracy and status reflects activities
• Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels and innovative methods
• Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and engage with talent through referrals or cold outreach
• Qualify identified candidates, sell the role, and encourage application
• Build talent pools and manage candidate communications to keep pools fresh
• Maintain regular communication with Client Services about requirements and progress
• Update applicant records and move suitable candidates to talent pools as directed
• Meet agreed service levels and escalate supply issues as needed
• Screen and qualify candidates upon application to determine suitability
