Job Description:

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Support Engineer that is Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with experience in cloud computing, Azure, networking, and supporting Windows Servers and Linux. The role involves working with a large organization operating under a shared service model, a Big Five Tech Giant.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex, strategic, high-profile, or long-running customer cases, potentially involving Software Engineering
  • Manage customer support experience with Microsoft
  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues using collaboration and troubleshooting best practices
  • Identify cases requiring escalation
  • Create and maintain incident management requests
  • Contribute to case deflection, automation, and digital self-help initiatives
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, and Regions
  • Participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Support cloud products focusing on security, compliance, identity, and management for large enterprises
  • Handle 10-20 customer cases simultaneously in Mandarin, resolving within deadlines and quality standards

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years in technical support, consulting, or IT

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience

• At least 3 years experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, or Azure Data & AI

Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and components (Fabric, Compute, Storage)
