One of our clients in Montreal is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist.

Location: On-site 5 days/week at various office sites in Montreal.

Contract-to-Hire: 6-month contract with the possibility of full-time conversion.

We are seeking a bilingual IT support professional with excellent communication skills and a professional presence to join a fast-paced environment. This role involves Level 1–2 deskside support for business users and requires being fully on-site.

What we’re looking for:

Exceptional soft skills, communication, and presentation.

Experience in high-touch, in-person IT support environments.

Familiarity with laptops, mobile devices, AV/Zoom/Teams rooms, O365, and general IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee onboarding/offboarding and hardware setup.
  • Desk-side support for laptops, phones, AV tech, and video conferencing tools.
  • Troubleshooting network, VPN, and printing issues.
  • Use of tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Bomgar, O365 Copilot, Jabber.
  • Support both in-person and remote users, including hardware refreshes and break/fix work.
  • Provide professional, business-facing support in a corporate office environment.
