Job summary

Kia Canada is seeking an Operations Specialist, Technical Support, to back the daily operations of the Technical Support team. You will manage technical service publications systems and key resources across the dealer network, ensuring accurate procedures and timely translations for the Canadian market.

You will collaborate with Warranty Management and other Service Operations teams, administrate program tools, and support budgeting and planning tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and service operations.
• Experience in operations and administration actions.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Automotive Service Technician License (Journeyman) with 3–5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and post service bulletins, tech tips, recalls and other technical documentation from multiple sources.
• Oversee timely French translation of all materials.
• Ensure repair/replacement procedures in bulletins are correct for the Canadian market.
• Assist with implementation of new processes and document depository systems.
• Support actions and initiatives like FRFT with required materials and tools.
• Track and report on improved parts designated for Recalls, Service Campaigns or TSBs.
• Verify repair procedures and follow up on part availability with After Sales/MPCA.
• Assist in data analysis and product specifications to support dealer programs and standards.
