Kia Canada Inc. seeks a Regional Analyst/Office Manager for a 14-month contract to support regional sales, marketing, after-sales and distribution activities.

The role emphasizes document management, dealer communications, travel logistics, and event planning within a fast-paced automotive environment. The incumbent will collaborate with the Regional Manager and Public Relations to produce reports, track deadlines, and ensure budget compliance while supporting remote work and occasional regional

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar regional/office management role.
• Experience with dealer networks and regional coordination preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute documents to the dealer network.
• Assist with wholesale tasks and inventory coordination.
• Track sales contacts and itineraries.
• Coordinate regional meetings and events.
• Maintain office administration and travel logistics.
• Develop reports for regional distribution and press vehicles.
