Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, applications, or field service.
• Ability to diagnose non-obvious technical problems.
• Experience with REST APIs, logs, SQL or MongoDB, networking and SaaS.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• AI-assisted tech work with judgment to verify results.

Responsibilities

• Turn vague customer reports into specific, testable technical questions.
• Investigate with logs, APIs, dashboards, SQL queries, configuration and event history.
• Reproduce issues, compare working and failing cases, and prove root cause.
• Keep customers informed on what is known, unknown, and next steps.
• Escalate with evidence packs to engineering for immediate action.
• Spot patterns and drive recurring issues to permanent fixes.
• Build reusable diagnostic queries, scripts, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Use AI to investigate faster, and verify results.
