What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and problem-solve effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience preferred
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
