Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in mining or heavy equipment service environment.
• Experience providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical service function to meet business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance for complex equipment and product issues.
• Support new product introductions and market implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical service workforce competence.
• Ensure safety and reliability across installed technologies (MECU, Automation).
• Train team on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to end users as needed.
