Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a seasonal technical service representative, called a service agent, to support customers’ service and repair needs at the store service desk in Saint John, NB. No experience is required; we provide full training to get you started and help you grow your tech retail career.

You’ll deliver and install products in customers’ homes, help keep vehicles and equipment well maintained, and contribute to an inclusive, learning-focused team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Enthusiasm to assist customers.
• Flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
