Job summary

Best Buy in Charlottetown, PEI is hiring a technical service representative (service agent) to handle customers’ service and repair needs. No prior experience required, and training will be provided to help you assist customers.

You’ll join a retail team that values growth and teamwork. You’ll perform service desk duties, home delivery and installation, and help maintain vehicles and equipment while embracing an inclusive, learning-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
