Job summary

Best Buy in Moncton, NB is hiring a technical service representative (service agent) to handle customers' service and repair needs. No experience required; we provide training to support customers and grow your career on our retail team.

You will create an amazing customer experience at the service desk, provide delivery and installation in homes, ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained, and help foster an inclusive, learning culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
