Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Saint-Laurent, Quebec is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to bolster our industrial equipment & machinery team. This hybrid role offers a 35-hour week with flexible hours and work-from-home options.

You will support sales reps, prepare quotes, manage CRM (C4C), and coordinate the quoting process while delivering outstanding client service in English and French. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health coverage, PTO, and a company pension after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience with long sales cycle is preferred.
• Strong CRM experience; C4C experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Previous experience preparing quotes and managing the quoting process.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of sales support experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with Technical Sales Reps to clarify missing product, pricing, configuration, or documentation details.
• Create and maintain Opportunities and Sales Quotes in C4C for accurate pipeline tracking.
• Prepare accurate quotations using internal pricing tools, configuration systems, and approved templates.
• Validate requests, ensure process compliance, and escalates issues when needed.
• Coordinate quote reviews, approvals, revisions, and final submissions to customers.
• Monitor request volumes and turnaround times to ensure timely quote delivery.
• Support sales-related projects, reporting, and cross-functional activities as required.
• Receive and review leads to ensure all required quoting information is provided.
