• Administer the approval process and maintain candidate documentation best practices.
• Consult with hiring managers to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Engage in tri‑annual co‑op recruitment cycles and meet high‑volume interview and selection deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the technology sector, with a strong focus on AI.
• Ability to produce quality results with minimal supervision.
