Requirements
Must have
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT infrastructure or IT security sectors.
  • Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage ten or more projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated competencies in project management, including budget and timeline oversight, scope management, risk management, and timely decision‑making.
  • Skills in effective team building, prioritization, and delegation, with the capability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of technology related to IT security, including networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, content filtering, strong authentication, PCI‑DSS compliance, and penetration testing is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assemble and coordinate project teams, assigning individual tasks and following up accordingly.
  • Monitor and control project activities, addressing issues, change requests, risks, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Plan and manage all project communications, including updates to the master project portfolio and calendar.
  • Maintain communication with project sponsors, senior management, and functional area managers to report on project status through both formal and informal communication methods.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives/projects effectively.
