Location : Ottawa, Canada Job Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Staff TPM to join our team, providing global support across US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. The Global Partner Integration Team manages Go-to-Market partner integrations, focusing on back-office systems like authentication, shared identity, billing, and entitlement services. This team collaborates with external affiliates, internal engineering,

distribution, product, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration launches.

Responsibilities :

• As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), your primary responsibility is ensuring timely delivery of well-designed, well-scoped, and high-quality software. You will :
• Manage project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Track and report delivery status against planned timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders, reviewing metrics, data, and operational performance.
• Work with multiple partners / vendors and maintain strong relationships.
• Apply agile methodologies to lead small to medium-sized projects.
• Ensure smooth execution of cross-team projects with minimal bottlenecks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proven ability to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex global programs.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks and manage escalations.
• Strong understanding of CI / CD, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery – from concept to production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong understanding of organizational goals and aligning projects to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel (5% domestic / international).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of hire.
