Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM and enterprise tech initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths.
• Coordinate delivery across business, product, architecture, development, data, QA, infrastructure, security and vendors.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, timelines and delivery impacts to stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment when requirements or constraints are not aligned.
• Manage integrations, data dependencies and delivery risks for CRM.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure governance, reporting, financial, risk, and delivery controls.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and implementation partners.

Senior Technical Project Manager - CRM / Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex CRM and technology transformation initiative within a highly regulated environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical project management experience and a proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across business, technology, data, architecture, QA, vendors and senior stakeholders. Experience delivering CRM implementations or transformations is required, with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud strongly preferred.

This individual does not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room but should have enough technical understanding to effectively manage application integrations, data dependencies, migration activities, testing, validation and broader delivery risks.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery leader who can operate independently, drive accountability across teams and maintain strong governance while adapting effectively within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex CRM and enterprise technology initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and critical paths.
• Coordinate delivery across business, product, architecture, development, data, QA, infrastructure, security and vendor teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, decisions, timelines and delivery impacts.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams when requirements, priorities or technical constraints are not aligned.
• Manage application integrations, data dependencies and technical delivery risks associated with CRM implementation.
• Support planning and execution of data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure appropriate project governance, reporting, financial management, risk management and delivery controls are maintained.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and implementation partners to ensure responsibilities and dependencies remain clear.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation and decision-making to keep delivery on track.
• Support testing, release planning, deployment readiness and production transition activities.
• Ensure delivery activities align with applicable compliance, validation and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology, CRM, application or enterprise transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering CRM implementation or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery, software development lifecycles and application integrations.
• Experience leading projects involving multiple workstreams, technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and financial management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both senior business leaders and technical delivery teams.
• Experience working with architecture, development, data, QA, infrastructure and security teams.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on project delivery experience with Salesforce, ideally Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience supporting data migration, data validation, reconciliation or data conversion activities.
• Experience working within GxP-regulated environments, including validation and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering technology programs within U.S. healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare processes, workflows, user personas and stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners or system integrators.
• PMP, Agile or related project management certification.
