Qualifications

• 10+ years of web app design and development, with 8+ years on Salesforce.

• Advanced automation skills (Flow, Process Builder, and Apex).
• Strong integration knowledge (REST/SOAP, middleware).
• Security model design including sharing, profiles, and field-level security.
• Experience leading large Salesforce implementations, ideally with a major consultancy.
• Finance/financial services industry experience.
• Certificate: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) required.

Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to join a large-scale Salesforce implementation for a major financial services client. This is a high-visibility banking engagement in a fast-paced, agile delivery environment — ideal for a hands-on technical leader who moves fluidly between architecture, development, and mentoring.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable, well-architected applications on the Salesforce platform, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Architect advanced automation using both point-and-click (Flow, Process Builder) and code-based approaches (Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs)
• Design synchronous and asynchronous processing patterns for responsive, high-throughput solutions
• Apply Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware) to connect with core enterprise systems
• Design and implement security models — sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, field-level security
• Design and tune solutions for large data volume (LDV) operations at enterprise scale
• Leverage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and OmniStudio
• Lead delivery teams through design, build, and deployment; bring best practices from prior large consultancy engagements

What You Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of web-based application design/development experience, including 8+ years on Salesforce
• Expertise in complex UI development with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
