Job summary

Mistie West? (Made) is seeking a senior marketing leader to own end-to-end marketing for our creator-focused platform. You will craft the story, position the brand, and drive organic growth through demos, tutorials, and community engagement.

You will personally write and execute campaigns, build a small team, and work closely with product to improve onboarding and creator retention. The role is remote with high growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing leadership roles.

• Ability to write, design and execute marketing assets hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own Made's marketing end to end: positioning, brand, website, social, and messaging.
• Identify a wedge that excites creators and changes their routine.
• Run a creator-first, organic growth model with demos and tutorials.
• Turn creator relationships into proof, design partnerships and word-of-mouth.
• Build and manage a small initial team (content creator, social, designer).
• Collaborate with product positioning, onboarding, and creator retention strategies.

You'll own how Made reaches creators, earns their trust, and turns them into people who can't imagine creating without it. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you do the work yourself now, and build the team as the momentum proves you right.

Build your team: a content and social creator and a designer to start, more as you prove what works.

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product positioning, onboarding, and what makes creators stick.

Key Requirements:

6+ years in marketing, with the range to set the strategy and ship the work yourself.

You're of the creator economy: you've worked at a creator tool, platform, creator-commerce, or creator-facing brand, and you get how creators actually discover and adopt new things.

A builder, not a delegator. You'll personally write the homepage, cut the demo, and run the channels until there's a team to hand them to.

A track record taking marketing from 0-to-1 at an early-stage company.

You've built a marketing function from scratch before.

You're a creator yourself, or you have real standing and relationships in the creator world.
