Job description

Creator Support & Community Coordinator
About Creator

Creator is a leading Influencer Marketing Platform (currently ranked #3 on Influencer Marketing Hub), and one of the fastest growing startups in Vancouver. We're looking for a strategy driven SaaS product marketing professional with a passion for influencer marketing and digital marketing to help us continue to build on our triple digit annual growth.

Our vision is to be the destination for Brands and Creators to connect, collaborate, grow, and earn more money.

Creator.co is an innovative platform that empowers creators, influencers, and brands to collaborate and thrive in the digital space. We're revolutionizing the way brands and influencers connect by streamlining the creative process, optimizing marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Role Overview

Creators are at the center of our platform, and this role is a first point of contact for many of them. You will answer support tickets, keep our CRM and community platform running well, and help creators get started and stay active.

This role offers the opportunity to learn how a fast-growing creator platform works from the inside, with guidance from the Community Manager and room to take on more responsibility as you grow.

We are a growing team, so priorities can shift. Your day may include responding to creator support tickets, engaging with our community, coordinating program tasks, preparing reporting data, or testing new Creator Space features. While this is not primarily a social media management role, you will also support our social channels and contribute occasional content and ideas. During busy periods or urgent situations, flexibility and a willingness to jump in where needed are important.

The candidate who would excel in this role looks for answers before asking them, suggests improvements, and takes ownership of their work. They also use AI thoughtfully to work smarter and faster, in line with us being an AI-forward company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming creator support tickets from first reply to resolution, escalating complex issues to the Community Manager when needed Support creators through onboarding, program updates, and ongoing questions, ensuring they have the information they need to participate successfully.
  • Help build and maintain an engaged creator community by posting updates, answering member questions, encouraging participation, and keeping conversations helpful and active.
  • Represent Creator.co across community and social channels, contributing content ideas and occasional short-form posts with support from the team.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, and track action items across creator programs and partner sign-ups through completion.
  • Prepare and organize data for monthly performance reporting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve support workflows
  • Keep SOPs and process documentation current as workflows evolve.
  • Share creator feedback and feature ideas for Creator Storefronts with the Product team and help test new features as they are released.
  • Support administrative, research, and other team priorities as needs evolve.
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, community, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar helpdesk platform
  • Clear, friendly, and professional written English communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding answers, taking ownership, and following issues through to resolution
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve how work gets done, not just for basic drafting or research, but to streamline workflows, solve problems, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency.
  • Confidence representing Creator.co on social media, including creating posts and appearing on camera for short-form content
Nice to Have
  • Experience with a CRM or community platform such as Attio, Circle, or similar
  • Familiarity with creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing
  • Light content creation skills (captions, simple graphics, short copy) is a plus, though not a core part of this role
  • Background in business, communications, or marketing
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • A transit benefit to help support your commute to our downtown Vancouver office
  • An annual education allowance to support your professional growth and development

  • An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and creative individuals
