Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Operations/Support professional to provide application team support, code deployment assistance, and issue resolution across Unix, Oracle, and modern monitoring tools.

You will work with ServiceNow, Grafana, APPD, Kibana, and OpenShift to ensure system stability and performance. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, incident management, and collaboration with product vendors to implement preventive maintenance and fixes.

Formación

• Experience in Unix and Oracle environments.
• Provide application team support for code deployment and issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Grafana, APPD monitoring, Kibana and OpenShift.
• MongoDB knowledge is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve incidents and prepare executive summaries.

• Maintain application stability via preventive maintenance, monitoring, and applying fixes/patches as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors/technical specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Assist development teams with design/implementation best practices and automation.
• Demonstrate openness to learning new technologies and building automation solutions.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolution of job, user access, and application setup issues.

Job Description :-

• Good Knowledge in Unix and Oracle.
• Able to provide Application team support for code deployment and any other issues
• Experienced in Service Now, Grafana, APPD monitoring., Kibana, OpenShift
• MongoDB Knowledge is more advantage.
• Well versed in troubleshooting incidents, problem determination and resolution, performing root-cause analysis and preparing executive summary for management updates.
• Thorough knowledge in stop/start services, environmental parameters.
• Experience on working with product vendors/technical specialists to resolve issues.
• Well versed in apply fixes/patches and service packs as required. Ensure application stability through preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of best practices in design and implementation. Provide technical expertise/support to development team.
• Expertise in Autosys Scheduling tool is preferred and any Monitoring Tool (ITRS is added advantage)
• Candidate should be open to learn new technologies and build automation systems
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving job issue, user access issue, application setup issues
