Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing system downtime.
• Support and manage Stone branch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications.
• Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
• Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents.
• Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
