Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Lead for one of our key clients. The ECM Tech Lead will drive delivery and operations for Enterprise Content Management platform and will be accountable for the overall ECM platform delivery from requirements to architecture and design through development, deployment, support and optimization.

Candidate MUST have the following:

• Six (6) to over ten (10+) years of experience in enterprise technology roles including development, analysis, design, and solution delivery;


• Demonstrated ability to act as Developer, Architect, BSA, and Lead simultaneously in complex ecosystems; and


• Strong leadership skills with experience growing technical teams.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise with delivery and development;


• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer guiding complex solution delivery;


• Familiarity with CI / CD (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins or similar) and DevOps / Agile practices; and


• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and platform resilience in enterprise environments.
