Job summary

Dawninfotek is seeking a Project Lead / Tech Navigator for a 6-month hybrid engagement in Toronto. The role requires hands-on leadership of enterprise infrastructure projects, with 2 days in office per week.

You will analyze complex requirements, craft technical specifications, and guide teams across networking, security, and application server domains while ensuring quality and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Technical Lead experience in Enterprise Infrastructure projects.
• Strong ownership to ensure project progress and delivery.
• Concrete understanding of Application Server and Network Infrastructure.
• Strong Agile project management principles and experience in agile environments.
• Expertise in Networking (physical and cloud, including firewall and load balancer).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure security (certification, authentication methods).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Strong debugging and analysis skills; able to review server logs to resolve infra issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years ofTechnical Lead experience, with experience in Enterprise Infrastructure project
• Takes ownership to ensure project progress
• Concrete understanding of related technological knowledge (Application Server and Network Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices and experience managing projects in an agile environment.
