Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee sales support functions in Windsor, Ontario. You will align quoting, pricing, and planning with sales and operations, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver customer-ready agreements.

You will manage time-sensitive requests, maintain CRM records, and mentor a team. The role requires 5+ years in B2B technical sales and 2+ years of leadership, with strong process and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technical/engineering sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quoting function and support planning activities that align sales and operational goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare, review, and manage customer agreements and business documentation.
• Address time-sensitive customer needs, including pricing requests, order-related issues, and opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work with sales teams to qualify and advance new business opportunities.
• Provide initial technical assistance to customers and coordinate with subject matter experts on more complex requests.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, training, process improvements, and cross-functional business initiatives.
