Varicent Professional Services seeks a Technical Consultant to oversee technical aspects during implementations. You'll engage directly with clients, supporting automation and integration solutions, streamlining processes, and designing user-friendly workflows and interfaces.

What you'll do :

• Develop creative solutions both within and outside the product.
• Create front-end UI to streamline data entry, workflows, and visual presentation.
• Learn about different sales organizations to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist clients in utilizing Varicent features effectively to meet their needs.
• Optimize complex queries, reports, and processes.
• Design and build automation scripts using Python.
• Design UI screens that interact with RESTful APIs.
• Coordinate and communicate with the customer’s project team.

What you'll bring :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong coding and technical skills.
• Experience with query languages and relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
• Excellent business communication skills.
• High energy and drive to succeed.
• Confidence in your abilities.

Within 1 month :

• Participate in training and onboarding.
• Understand Varicent’s delivery methodology and documentation.
• Complete certification.
• Gain overview of the market, customers, and user personas.

Within 3 months :

• Engage in projects.
• Learn about Varicent’s architecture and integrations.

Within 6 months :

• Understand best practices and project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated on product features.
• Conduct technical oversight and report findings.

Within 1 year :

• Guide customers on solutions.
• Oversee small to medium projects.
• Lead automation and UI solutions.
• Contribute to best practices.
