Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is hiring a Technical Business Analyst specializing in cybersecurity analysis and requirements management.

You will gather and translate technical and business requirements into clear documentation and processes. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices, maintaining runbooks and SOPs across the security program.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and analysing technical and business requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation including Runbooks, SOPs, Playbooks, Process Flows and Knowledge Base Articles.
• Maintain document repositories and establish documentation governance practices.
• Document end-to-end operational processes and workflows.

• Maintain document repositories and establish documentation governance practices.
• Work with technical teams to document end-to-end operational processes and workflows.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and security operational procedures documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between cybersecurity, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure documentation and processes align with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
