Job summary

TLC Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Technical Services team in Langley, Canada. This is a full-time, in-office role serving as the final Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues and mentoring other team members.

You will troubleshoot advanced infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and systems issues, design solutions with clients, and lead the delivery of complex projects from planning to completion. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior Tier 3 role (Systems Administrator/Systems Engineer or similar).
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, virtualization, backup and cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience leading or delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in a senior Tier 3, at least 5+ Years as Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience leading or delivering complex IT projects.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems.
