Job summary

TLC Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Technical Services team in an in-office, full-time role. This position serves as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and works closely with clients to troubleshoot advanced problems and design robust solutions.

You will lead the technical delivery of projects, mentor junior staff, develop scopes of work, and create clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Senior Tier 3 level with 5+ years as Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading or delivering complex IT projects.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities
