The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving renewal and upselling of services.
The Post-Sales Account Manager (SME) will connect regularly with existing customers for technical checkups, serve as the primary contact, and coordinate with Support, Pre-Sales, or Management to address inquiries. They will gather customer feedback and use cases to inform internal teams and product development.
Success in this role will be measured by renewal rates, upsell rates, and customer satisfaction scores. The TAM will collaborate with Pre-Sales to assist in closing deals from a technical perspective.
