The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise customers, with the primary goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Post-Sales Account Manager will handle quarterly renewals and upselling within their client base, ensuring proper deployment of new and upsold services.

The Account Manager will regularly connect with existing customers to perform technical checkups. They will serve as the primary contact point, assisting with inquiries alongside resources such as Support, Pre-Sales, or Management. They will gather customer feedback, use cases, and details to inform internal teams and product development.

Success metrics include annual renewal rate, upsell rate, and overall customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with Pre-Sales to facilitate technical sales processes.

Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in security and systems/networking.
  • Knowledge of current IT security fields such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, Vulnerability Management, Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance/GRC-IT, and Audit Tools, along with other enterprise security solutions.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the SaaS industry providing Network Security, IT-Auditing, and Policy Compliance solutions.
  • Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues like HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley SOX, FISMA, SCAP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Auditing Frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CobiT, ISO27001, ITIL, NERC-CIP is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Most work is conducted over the phone, with occasional travel to clients, partners, or trade shows.
