• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right product or service.
• Assist customers with signing in devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Create an amazing customer experience.
• Assist with store opening/closing tasks and receiving deliveries.
• Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members.
