Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding products and services.
• Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Create an amazing customer experience.
• Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries.
• Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members.
