Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a retail associate - keyholder (solutions advisor - keyholder) in Calgary. You will help customers find the right products, explain services, and process purchases and returns.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you’ll join a lively tech-focused team. You’ll support store operations, handle merchandise deliveries, and assist during escalations when leadership is not available.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for helping customers in a fast paced retail setting.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic store needs and maintain safety.
• Must be at least the age of majority (18) to process activations where required.

As a retail associate - keyholder, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade‑ins and more. No experience required! What you’ll do

• Work in all areas of the store to provide a complete customer experience, from finding the perfect product, to setting up the perfect services, to processing transactions.
• Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries.
• Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent.
