Job summary

Scotiabank's Technology Planning & Coordination (TPC) is seeking a Technology Planning and Coordination Specialist in Toronto. You will manage technology deliverables for workplace transformations, relocations and new builds, collaborating with business partners to meet business cases and outcomes.

You will lead meetings, budgets, schedules, and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining high service levels and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience on medium to large complex IT projects.
• Post-secondary education completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing projects with varying complexity, risk, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technology projects across multiple teams and vendors.
• Serve as the single point of contact for technology components throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence technical standards and designs to optimize business performance.
• Manage project meetings, prioritize requirements, issues and deliverables with stakeholders.
