• Experience leading technology initiatives in large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Treasury Technology roadmap aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team.
• Oversee delivery of internally developed applications and vendor platforms.
• Drive cloud transformation, automation, and modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD).
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and governance across programs.
• Ensure regulatory reporting capabilities and platform modernization are in place.
