Job description

MetaOption LLC - Account Executive

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is seeking a highly accomplished Account Executive to join their sales team. This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP of Sales and CX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Vet and qualify all inbound leads and direct them to appropriate sales representatives.
  2. Attend all discovery calls with sales reps to learn the sales process and assist in coordinating next steps as needed.
  3. Create proposals and secure internal approvals once the new proposal process/template is finalized.
  4. Manage inbound inquiries and seek assistance when necessary.
  5. Update MS CRM for all sales activities.
  6. Identify key market verticals for ERP sales through marketplace data analysis, follow up on sales lists, and perform proactive outbound outreach.
  7. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  9. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Advocate for customer needs within the company, ensuring service excellence.
Required skills and experience:
  1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and activity tracking. Must be a self-starter capable of succeeding in a remote environment.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a similar role in software sales.
  3. Strong follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach.
  4. Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC/LS, Power BI, MS NAV, or ERP solutions is a significant plus.
  5. Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses professionally, maintaining a positive impression of MetaOption.

Note: There will be a 90-day probation period. Benefits will be provided after successful completion of this period.
