Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead in Canada to own multiple platform initiatives from discovery through production stabilization. You will guide engineering teams, align solutions with architecture standards, and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks in a large enterprise setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers, executive reporting, and delivering on time while balancing strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior delivery roles within large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology delivery from discovery to production.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, and platform operations.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional impacts.
• Experience across wealth management, banking, or capital markets.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years as a Technical Lead, Solutions Lead, or Delivery Lead in large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology delivery from discovery and solution design through implementation and production stabilization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, application development, and platform operations.
• Experience leading complex data, platform, or wealth management technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, release management, and enterprise governance processes.
• Experience with project planning, RAID management, executive reporting, and Steering Committee updates.
• Ability to troubleshoot delivery blockers and provide hands-on support when required.
• Wealth Management, Banking, Capital Markets, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Experience working within large Canadian financial institutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
