Stream-Flo Industries in Edmonton, Canada is seeking an industrious Yard/Facilities Associate to support equipment handling and yard maintenance. You will unload returns, verify transfers, dismantle for repair, and organize yard stock by size/model while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, hands-on tool experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with SAP ERP. The role requires physical tasks, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Unload equipment returns from the oil field as required.
• Verify material transfers and/or truck BOLs from courier.
• Dismantle and prep equipment for repair.
• Tear down Customer Property wellhead equipment as returned and required.
• Find and pull rem equipment from yard stock to fulfill orders.
• Assist in maintaining yard stock and cleanliness.
• Organize equipment by size/model and store in proper yard sections.
• Dispose equipment deemed un-repairable.
• Communicate returns with Shop Supervisor for processing as required.
• Inform Manager/Lead Hand of irregularities with orders or equipment.
• Report progress and issues to the Manager.
• Maintain team-based atmosphere with safety as a priority.
• Meet target dates for projects and tasks with quality outcomes.
• Available for after-hours work when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Key Position Functions Include

• Find and pull equipment Reman equipment from yard stock as needed to fulfill orders.
• Assist in maintaining yard in regards stock and general cleanliness.
• Organize equipment to size/model, store in the appropriate section of yard, as required.
• Dispose equipment that is deemed un-repairable.
• Communicate returns with Shop Supervisor for processing as required
• Inform Manager/Lead Hand to any irregularities with orders or equipment.
• Reporting progress and any issues that may arise to the Manager.
• Understanding and working in a team based atmosphere, while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Achieving target dates for completion of projects and tasks in a fashionably time frame, with the emphasis on producing quality work and a quality product.
• After hours availability when required.
• All other duties as required or assigned.

Preferred Candidates Will Possess a Combination Of The Following

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with hand and power tool functionality.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
• Willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP would be an asset.
• Good communication (oral and written).
