Job summary

Tim Hortons | Leduc Common is seeking a Team Member Supervisor to help drive guest satisfaction and team efficiency in a fast-paced cafe setting. You’ll lead by example on service standards, food quality, and training, while keeping energy high and workloads balanced.

With 1–3+ years in a Tim Hortons role, you’ll coach teammates, delegate tasks, and role-model hospitality. The role offers growth opportunities into Trainer and leadership tracks for high performers.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years Tim Hortons experience in a team member role.
• Strong guest service focus and QSR experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
