Job summary

Splitsville Bowl in Kingston is seeking a friendly team member to deliver excellent guest service and guide guests through their bowling experience.

You will answer inquiries, assist with promotions, and help with food preparations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Flexible shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food and maintaining service levels.
• Address lane stop calls quickly and record FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain records and communicate daily operations.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, exceed cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash, and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
