Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting in Burlington, Canada. You may work in multiple departments and should be enthusiastic about helping guests enjoy their bowling and dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with bowling setup, answering inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness and stock. A friendly, energetic attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to recipes and specs.
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by checking in after service and keeping drink levels.
• Address lane stop calls promptly and record FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Keep work areas clean, empty trash, and spot sweep as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.

A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we'd like to hear from you!

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
